アジア最大規模のポーカートーナメント“ASPT（ASIA SERIES Poker Tour）”待望の第2回は2023年9月1日より台湾にて開催決定
ASIA SERIES Poker Tour (ASPT) is set to take place its series in Taiwan from September 1, 2023
General incorporated association ASPT is going to hold "ASPT Taiwan 2023" with Asia Poker Arena(CTP), as the first Japanese organization to have a partnership with.
アジア発のモンスター級イベント「ASPT」とは( ASPT: the Monster-class Event Originating from Asia )
毎年ラスベガスで開催される世界大会「WSOP（World Series of Poker）」、ヨーロッパ各地で開催される「EPT(European Poker Tour）」とならぶ、世界中の憧れとなる大会をアジアにも作りたい―。
ASPTはそんな想いから誕生した、サミー株式会社契約プロでYoutuberである「じぇいそる」をはじめとする、日本のトッププロが運営を務めるアジア最大規模のポーカートーナメントだ。
「プレイヤーファースト（プレイヤー第一）」に重きを置く本シリーズは、日本最高峰のプロポーカープレイヤーたちがデザイン・監修する緻密なトーナメントストラクチャーを体験することが可能である。
In an effort to create a prestigious tournament in Asia, following the World Series of Poker (WSOP) and European Poker Tour (WPT), ASPT is operated by top professionals from Japan, including "Jaysol," a famous poker YouTuber and a contracted professional player for Sammy Inc.
This time, ASPT Taiwan will be held with Asia Poker Arena(CTP), as the first Japanese organization to have the partnership.
This series, which emphasizes "Player First," allows participants to experience a meticulously designed tournament structure created by the top Japansese professional poker players.
第1回目、韓国の「Paradise City」で行われたASPT KOREA2023では総エントリー数2000を超え、賞金総額が１億3000万円にも上り、大きな盛り上がりを見せた。
その「ASPT」第2回大会が台湾の新会場、Asia Poker Arenaにて2023年9月1日(金)~９月10日(日)、計10日間での開催が決定した。
The inaugural ASPT Korea 2023, held at "Paradise City" in South Korea, attracted over 2,000 entries and a total prizepool of over 1.3 billion KRW(1 million USD), generating significant excitement.
Now, the second edition of ASPT will be held at the new venue in Taiwan, "Asia Poker Arena", from September 1 (Fri) to September 10 (Sun) for a total of 10 days.
ASPTの魅力( Attractions of ASPT )
魅力は、すべてが「プレイヤーファースト」でデザインされた全く新しいトーナメント設計だ。
何よりも、「来場してくださった方に1人でも多く、沢山の思い出を持って帰ってもらうこと」をコンセプトとしている。
While the guaranteed prizepools are attractive, the biggest allure lies in the completely new tournament design that puts "Player First" in every aspect.

アジアで最良のストラクチャー（The Best Tournament Structure in Asia）
開始スタックこそ多いが結局、中盤以降はターボストラクチャー（急速なゲーム進行）になってしまうような、「見かけだけディープ」ではなく、 ASPTでは中盤から終盤にかけてじっくりと勝負できる「真にディープ」なトーナメントを提供する。
While many tournaments may start with a large stack, they often end up becoming turbo structures with rapid game progression. However, ASPT strive to provide a truly deep tournament experience, by allowing players to engage in strategic gameplay from the mid to late stages.
幅広い層が楽しめるイベントデザイン（Event Designed for a Wide Range of Participants）
少額イベントなら約２～３万円、高額イベントなら５０万円以上のバイイン額と、幅広いプレイヤーのニーズに合わせたイベントが用意されている。
また、日本でも徐々にミックスゲームが人気を得ているミックスゲームを取り入れ、ホールデムに限らない多彩のポーカーの種類を提供していく。アジア初となる総合ミックスゲームチャンピオンシップにも注目だ。
高額か小額か、ホールデムかミックスゲームか、最大三連休しか取れない人達、あるいは土日しか休みが取れない人達。
こういった様々に人達が集まる場がポーカートーナメントシリーズであり、できるだけ多くの人々が、参加したい思えるようなスケジュールを提供することを目指している。
Wide Range of Tournament Buy-in Amount
ASPT is designed to meet the needs of different types of players, by having tournaments from 150~200 USD buy-in for the smallest ones to over 4,000 USD for the largest ones.
ASPT aims to be the world's largest "Poker Festival," not just a "Hold'em Festival."
By having high stakes and low stakes games, Hold'em and Mixed games, ASPT strive to provide poker series that may satisfy as many players as possible.
レイトレジストレーション（途中参加制度）時間の見直し（Reevaluating "Late Registration"）
レイトレジストレーションは締め切りまでの時間が長ければ長い程、開始時から着席しているプレイヤーは金銭的な損失を被るという顕著な不公平さがある。
制度はあくまでもプレイヤーの利便性のためのものであって、決して大きな不公平さを生み出したり、運営がリエントリー数を稼ぐ道具であってはならない。
ASPTでは、この長すぎる時間を見直すことで、プレイヤーファーストの実現を目指す。
Players who entered from the early stages will suffer some financial unfaireness, because of an unreasonably long duration until late registration.
"Late registration" must not create significant inequalities or be utilized by organizers.
「ASPT TAIWAN 2023」
ASPT第2回大会が開催されるのは、アジアの穏やかな楽園、台湾だ。
第1回大会で多くの好評を博した、「アジアで最も良質なトーナメントストラクチャー」を採用。
日本のトッププロたちが運営を務めるプレイヤーファーストな、アジアでも屈指のポーカートーナメントである。
今回より、主要イベントのファイナルテーブルにはRFIDテーブル(配信システム)を導入し、リアルタイムなゲームの配信を行うことで、より多くの方々に大会の魅力を届ける予定だ。
また、本大会からトランプやチップを新調し、会場の内装もASPT仕様にレイアウトされるなど、細部にまでこだわった演出で、ポーカープレイヤーにとって忘れられない大会となることだろう。
日本、台湾をはじめ、アジアのポーカープレイヤー、そして世界中からの参加者たちの戦いが、この９月幕を開ける。
Based on the philosophy of player-first, ASPT ensures that all participants can enjoy the tournament. RFID tables (live-streaming system) will be introduced at the final table of the main event to deliver real-time game coverage and share the excitement of the tournament with a wider audience.
Moreover, for this event, ASPT has renewed the playing cards and poker chips and meticulously designed the venue to reflect the ASPT theme. It will be an unforgettable tournament experience for the players. The battles between poker players from Taiwan, Japan, and across Asia, as well as participants from around the world, will commence this September.
